I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in college athletics compliance before deciding to return to my hometown and build a business in the community that helped shape me.
Community involvement is incredibly important to me. I currently serve as President of Rotary, am involved with our local Chamber of Commerce, and participate in a variety of events and initiatives throughout our hometown.

As an Account Associate for Madison Peterson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Madison Peterson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
