ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in college athletics compliance before deciding to return to my hometown and build a business in the community that helped shape me.
Community involvement is incredibly important to me. I currently serve as President of Rotary, am involved with our local Chamber of Commerce, and participate in a variety of events and initiatives throughout our hometown.
Our agency offers a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team both professionally and personally.
Our culture is highly team-oriented, and loyalty is a big part of what makes our office successful. We have each other’s backs, understand our shared goals, and work together to reach them. I’m looking for someone who is coachable, a great team player, and ready to contribute to a common goal. If you want to be part of a close-knit team where everyone works together and supports one another, we’d love to meet you.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Madison Peterson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
